Sigma never answering emails?

They are suppose to be running a sale and it's the last day, but they haven't answered a simple question to finish my order. Has anyone dealt with them, is this normal?

They do reply, but are not often the fastest to do so based on my other experiences, but they do reply.

whatsapp is the quicker way to reach many of the vendors, or if they have a telegraph channel. Cain at Nexaph.com is super communicative. I just received and order from them today! easy hassle free!

I'm definitely going to place an order with Nexaph as soon as they get tirz back in stock, I'm actively stalking their telegram lol. I don't have whatsapp but I may have to bite the bullet and give it a whirl if that's the best way to communicate!

I love Cain, if he had everything I wanted in stock I wouldn't bother with these oversea sellers that just ignore emails, oh well the sale they had ended yesterday.

just got an update from usps.com on my sigmachemical.com.cn order....there was no update for a few days but it is now in LA and hopefully will be here in the next few days!

I do encourage you to reach out to sigmachem, sometimes if you use the generic sales@sigmachemical.com.cn i am told it doesn't go through. You can try Tracy directly at tracy@sigmachemical.com.cn, and someone should reply....Tracy, Bella, ?

Email isn’t really the place for questions from their perspective, they have a pepchat and a lot of presence on meso for questions. Generally most questions have already been answered in one of these places so if you search creatively you can get questions answered that way. If you email them with an order request following their order template they will respond.

Just so everyone knows the China government is shutting down the steroid market (including QSC) so there is a bunch of people with roid rage panic buying and QSC doing a fire sale of those products. Expect very long delays right now while they deal with that. Longer than normal, which is hard to imagine

If you didn't get a reply within 24 hours, it means your email didn't go through, many buyers who use protonmail can have issues having successful emails sent, try to use a normal email to reach.

We had a spam filter issues, and many emails didn't go through, mainly the ones sent from protonmail, sorry that this happened to you, all emails are answered within 24 hours, and in this case you can reach whatsapp

See they do reply! and are actually very helpful. However, as they also said sometimes there are email issues. It does happen! Tracy and crew have been helpful - even with my multiple attempts at email AND whatsapp. If you email just give it time.

Great, they have a new sale and it's been 28 hours for them to answer an email. It's crazy how bad these companies are at doing basic sales, they expect people to trust them with money.

Now I am dying to know - what are you constantly asking them? You will have a lot more success if you just fill out the form and send it in and be done.. these promos they have are so short that there's no time for back and forth with them..

Either way, you have like 50+ vendors and quite a bit of GBs to choose from. Find your favorites, join the communities, and stick with the ones you enjoy 🙂
