I am sorry for all that, but I lost an assistant this week, and we are trying to catch up and getting their emails missed/unanswered done.

They do reply! as they and others mention, it sometimes takes time.
if sigma@sigmachemical.com.cn doesn't work try tracy@sigmachemical.com.cn. you can go through what's app but try to stick with one method of communication.
And yes, they do ship and will send you the tracking info once everything is confirmed. I just received one order from them 5-amino 1mq and may place another for GLP-1 or cjc/ipa.

If they can't do the bare minimum to take a payment then they are gonna careless about you when they do get your money. Just a bad look.

So if I paid for T30 during your last sale that ends today, but my ach payment didn't clear your bank... you'll still honor the deal? It's out of stock now, so what happens then?

WHen the buyer sends his payment confirmation, it's deduced from the stock, that is considered empty now, so it includes it

When you say payment confirmation, does that mean processed / cleared ach payment or just payment confirmation without funds hitting your bank account is sufficient to reserve the order? I'm just trying to get clarification on whether I will be included in this last order or I will need to wait for another batch. 4 days later and my ach payment didn't clear yet WISE confirmed you had the funds 7 hours after placing the order.

I think the internal workings of each vendor can vary dramatically and one has to be patient. QSC did deliver, albeit the communication wasn't as fast as others. Also if you use email, stick with that rather than use whatsapp and email. Also, if the sigma@sigmachemical.com.cn seems to go nowhere, try tracy@sigmachemical.com.cn (or just send to both). I have a few things I am waiting for and have learned to just be patient.

If you want faster and perhaps more communicative, then try: amoline, ASC, or Nexaph.

Payment confirmation is the email where he says, the order is paid, he is sender name and screenshot, or he is the transaction hash
