I'm not sure if this is a gpl 1 side effect but for the past few weeks the side of my leg feels numb. Kind of like when you sit on it wrong but when that happens you get the pin and needles feelings and feeling comes back. Just today the side of my foot feel numb. Same leg. I just moved to a rural area and don't have a dr yet cause I know that's what people are going to say. I just want to know it this a possible side effect.

I haven't heard that one. Two things come to mind though. Sometimes the absence of feeling is confused with numbness. I have sciatica and don't feel the tightness and occasional pain since Tirz and losing weight. Reduced inflammation perhaps. Also being cold can present itself as numbness. GLPs change many people's internal thermostats to cold 🥶 specifically Sema and Tirz. Maybe one of these are a factor?

Allodynia. Definitely a pretty common side. Sensitive, burning, tingling skin. I get it once in a while it manifests in random spots around my body. It's (probably) harmless but annoying.

Seconding. I get this, it moves around sometimes .It's covering the side of my head and in my ear this morning.

Sucks but doesn't last.

First time was a numb arm, but these days it's mostly tingles or hyper sensitivity

I'm not sure if it's any of that. Yes, it's very cold where I live but I keep my apartment at 80 and I've had constant numbness for several weeks now. I don't have sensitive, burning, or tingling skin. It's just numb. On my foot I can't still walk normal. Well, at least it doesn't sound like it's from this. I'll have to see what else can cause this.

Long shot, but... Since you just moved is there anything new or different in your physical routine? Different furniture, sleeping setup?

I ask because I had this problem once... Weird numb patches on my shins.

I was about to go to the doctor, then I realized... I had been using a new knee chair for a while. It was the pressure of the seating pad on my shins that did it.

But even if you suspect a physical issue like that, I'd still go to the doctor ASAP since you said you are having trouble walking.

Good luck!

I'm using stairs much more. I was living in the desert before and all building and homes were ranch style. I didn't use stairs at all. Now my apartment is on the 2nd floor, no elevator. And at work my office is second floor and I'm walking up and down several times a day.

I was also wondering if it's how my legs are crossed. I noticed because my new desk doesn't have full room for my legs I have one leg over the other and it's numb where I cross them. But it's Sunday and it's still numb. I took my injection yesterday and that's when I notice my foot was also becoming numb but I don't see it as a list of side effects. Can't figure it out. I hope it get better on its own since my insurance it pretty bad ( I wanted a weird mole removed and it was nearly 1000 with insurance )
