Do you have an outstanding chargeback? That would make you a creditor so they have to notify you.

Nope. My Wife and I received a letter but we haven’t used them since the Summer of 2024.

I assume this all came about because of the fallout from the Ousia Pharmacy fiasco. It wouldn't surprise me if Zappy follows.
