Helloo helloo, l've been almost one month on reta, my dosis were, 0.5, 1.0, 1.0. This sunday, I have my 4th dose and I will stick to 1.0mg. I’m aware it has to accumulate in the body, and that ofc its a process, but yeaa I haven't lost any weight.
I'm not expecting a miracle either, with the heatwaves in France it has been impossible to go out for walks to achieve 10k steps per day, I do have some appetite suppression, it has been a process to learn listen to it and dont eat when in fact, I dont feel like it😅

But yeah I'm just curious if other people, specially women, didn't lose much weight the first month, and got better results the months after?

I understand why people are doing such low doses. I actually did the same thing when I started. However, when you look at the actual trials, people started at 2mg. To each their own, but I would say if you are not feeling any effects, I would up the dose to the starting dose from the trials and go from there.

The other part of this is caloric intake. If you are not losing weight you are not in a calorie deficit. It doesn’t matter if you are taking 12mg of Reta, if you are still eating over your calorie maintenance, you will not lose weight, it is just not possible. Counting your calories exactly will go a long long way.

From my personal experience I feel that Reta is a miracle drug, but that does not mean that it is magic.
