Has anyone used SLU-PP 332? What was your experience, can you recommend any sources?
(Pointless aside: how do folks order from umbrella labs and *not* think they’re going to be zombie-fied? The logo is basically the same, the font is just about the same, couldn’t be me that is all, sorry for the intrusion, carry on.)I have used it from umbrella labs, kimerachems, and nexaph. Nexaph I have as capsules. The others I used as a liquid. I use 250 mcg 2x/day from kimerachems and I think it has helped me with exercise as well as weight management/loss.

I think people that willing came to the grey/black market, as opposed to being “forced” (it’s all 100% voluntary) here by EL & the fda, tend to be bigger experimenters. You read the literature (or skim enough of it) and you’re good to go. You know your body, and chances are you’ve done this many times before with many other substances. Does it always go the way you want? No, but you learn and keep it moving. Not to mother anyone, but I am curious about the willingness to take something that has not yet had any human trials - we only have minimal results in animal trials, so lack of data around efficacy in humans combined with having no clue whether or not it is safe to use in humans makes me fairly wary.
How are you calculating the risk vs. reward here? What level of impact makes it worth the unknown level of risk?
Sigma Audley? Like is there a raw group buy? Or is this personally talking to a rep over telegram etc?Sigma raws. Based on HED conversions, people are taking way below study values
Yes, Audley. No gb, just personal through a repSigma Audley? Like is there a raw group buy? Or is this personally talking to a rep over telegram etc?

do you happen to have the contact details of a rep?Yes, Audley. No gb, just personal through a rep

The species of interest is humans. Therefore we can do all the calculations until the cows come home and speculate. Allometric scaling is not perfect and does not factor in other things that a more advanced PB/PK model (and others) can. Therefore without this one can believe anything.....I believe I'll have another drink....The nexaph doses don’t make sense to me
The mouse dose was 50 mg/kg
The Km value for human is 37
The Km value for mouse is 3
The mouse to human ratio is 3/37
The human dose should then be 50 x (3/37) = 4.05 mg/kg
So someone that is 200 lbs is around 90 kg and should be taking around 364 mg not mcg.
Now also consider that the dose for mice was done intraperitoneal which had better bioavailability than oral which means the oral dose needs to be even higher, but you need to know the bioavailability to calculate.
