Snap 8 moxing

I've read through forum seeing dif answers for mixing powder snap 8 to ha lotion some say mix with bac first some says just pour in powder and mix what is the correct way?

I mix w/ a ~1ml bit of BAC but I do not know if that is correct, the little bit of alcohol in the BAC will evaporate in short time
