So, I can't just reconstitute with bac water?

Plenty of folks seem to be reconstituting simply with bac water with no issues, but I am seeing on some threads in here folks are playing chemist and tweaking ph. What if I don't? Is the peptide still good for 28 days? Am I 100% going to get fibrils on my brain, get alzheimers and die?

Looking to stack this in with my tirz for last few lbs and maintenance and have folks I know having great success. Would I be better off just getting a cagrisema blend vial domestically and reconstituting that with bac water? I am really not looking to be adding in acid, and having to use ph strips and getting all obsessed with it.

Yeah bac water is fine, everyone playing chemist makes no sense to me personally but I think a lot of people have fun with this sort of thing, and who am I to judge. As far as stacking cagrisema goes, what make you land on this approach vs just increasing tirz dose - just curious

That document talks about fibril formation.

There's no way to know if they've already formed in your lyophilized vials of cagri or not. Or if they form later during storage.

There's also no way to know that the fibrils caused Alzheimer's dementia because it doesn't show up until years later.

With all the FUD surrounding gray market cagri, it seems like the prudent choice would be to go with Reta or some other weight loss peptide.

There are different hydrophobic peptides that cannot dissolve in water. This is why you will also see on the vendors list some very low percentage acid vial. Don't know the tech name. "Hydrophobic peptides are sequences of amino acids with a high proportion of hydrophobic amino acids, such as alanine, valine, leucine, and phenylalanine, that tend to repel water and cluster together in aqueous environments. " it depends on the peptides and if they have these hydrophobic aminos. In that case there are formulas you can research, on how to properly reconstitute the powder. Shoot most peptides can simply be reconstituted in sterile distilled water. How i recently mixed my ipamorelin was a fresh unopened bottle of distilled water. Was desperate waiting for my bac water to arrive, but read it was basically what bacteriostatic water is, just no alcohol added. I'm no expert, still learning.

Doesn’t seem like a common situation and just a “could happen” situation. Reta is awful to stack and is finicky with other peptides and cause weight gain. I stacked it in with tirz and couldn’t do it. The fatigue had me unable to move and I gained weight week to week. I’m gonna try cagri and if I stop posting here or start repeating myself just know fibrils have formed and I now have Alzheimer’s

I am at 0.6mg per week of Cagri so I keep recon for 8 weeks. Novo Nordisk testing used pH4 so I do the same in case it helps shelf life, nothing else.

Like the opinion of many others here, I don’t think it’s necessary. If you are truly worried about it you can just use acidic acid. You don’t need to mix anything yourself. Every touch you have with something probably causes more risk than is present when using bacteriostatic water. The Cagri results that people are paranoid about were achieved through hours of conditions that you will never creat in your kitchen.

I hope you don't mean distilled water from the super market. And you're actually using sterile water for injection

Yeah, I don't know about the oligomers and fibrils.

My instinct is to put it at the bottom of the list of things to try... I think if I was going to, I'd at least check the pH out of the box with bac water. See if it's in the neighborhood of acidic (3-5 to 4 for Cagri).

I just use backwater. I think the concern is the oligomers may later on become fibrils and lead to Alzheimer’s. But some research is saying, “Cagrilintide, a long-acting amylin analog, is being developed for weight management and may also hold promise for Alzheimer’s disease, as research suggests it can reduce amyloid-beta (Aβ) plaque formation in the brain and improve cognitive function in mouse models”.

Edited to add, quoted from AI when I searched Alzheimer’s/Cagrilintide.
