Some guidance

Hello, currently in on 7.5mg tirzepatide with 0.5 semaglutide. It came like that from the compounding pharmacy. It works great but is super expensive. I want to switch to Reta but not sure what dose to start with. I don’t want to start at the lowest level bc I don’t want to gain weight. Was thinking of starting at 3-4mg per week. What do you all think?
