I was able to order from here and was not asked for a license, Give it a try, the worst that will happen is they will cancel the order and refund you. $11 per 50ml vial.

How much did you use for reconstitution?

I haven't had to use it yet. All of the nad+ I have purchased has been buffered. I have researched it though:

Start by reconstituting with your desired ml of BAC water minus .5ml. Then PH test your NAD+ to make sure it isn't already buffered, you are shooting for PH of 5-7. If <5, add add .5ml of sodium bicarb and PH test. If it is still low, add more .1ml at a time until you get to about 6-7. Keep track of what you add as you will likely need the same amount for your next vial in that batch.

So if you plan to add 3ml of BAC water, cut it back to 2.5, test and then add the .5 of SB to get you to the 3ml total. If you need to add more than .5ml of SB your first vial will be slightly diluted but you can adjust your dosing accordingly. On your next vial you adjust the amount of BAC water you add to accommodate the SB and get you to 3ml total.

The same method works for 2ml or 5ml depending on the number of units you want for your final dosage.
