CAUTION: SRY cannot be trusted

I’m posting this everywhere so you think twice before ordering SRY. I sent them money 2 weeks ago but they deny receiving it.

Proof I’ve given them:
  1. Screenshots on day of purchase on Exodus with confirmation ID and the PYUSD address Lisa gave me.
  2. Exodus’ customer service confirmed through email that the payment was successful.
  3. My transaction is shown on SOLSCAN (Solana network website) when you check SRY’s past transactions.
I contacted 4 of SRY’s reps about it. They either show me a pic in Chinese of their “ transactions” with no addresses or they just stop responding altogether. Alan completely ignored my messages for nearly 2 weeks.

It’s looking like their plan is to ignore us (yes it’s happening to more people) and hopefully we will go away. It’s not happening. This is unacceptable. No customer should have to wait weeks for a vendor to acknowledge a payment successfully sent to their account. Nor rally the whole internet to put pressure on a vendor either.

… and yes their rep told me they take PYUSD.

How are you blessing this forum then?

I would hope if someone had a poor experience, they would share to make sure readers can make an informed decision when choosing a vendor.
 
i bought from SRY on saturday, and my tracking says it will be delivered by 3/22. i paid crypto using coinbase. fast communication and tracking, so far im a happy customer. SRY 4 u

Please let us know how it goes. Two people with the same issue isn't good, especially if it's two reps. If it was one we could just assume there's another stupid rep around.
 
Should've kept it simple. If you gotta pay via crypto, use eth and usdc. These Chinese companies barely speak English don't over complicate it with shitcoin of the week.
 
Looks like the vendor got it figured out — was not a scam (it never is with the big vendors, wish people wouldn’t use that word because it has rendered it meaningless when there are actual scams), it was a customer service issue. Reach out to your rep.
