I’m posting this everywhere so you think twice before ordering SRY. I sent them money 2 weeks ago but they deny receiving it.
Proof I’ve given them:
It’s looking like their plan is to ignore us (yes it’s happening to more people) and hopefully we will go away. It’s not happening. This is unacceptable. No customer should have to wait weeks for a vendor to acknowledge a payment successfully sent to their account. Nor rally the whole internet to put pressure on a vendor either.
… and yes their rep told me they take PYUSD.
Proof I’ve given them:
- Screenshots on day of purchase on Exodus with confirmation ID and the PYUSD address Lisa gave me.
- Exodus’ customer service confirmed through email that the payment was successful.
- My transaction is shown on SOLSCAN (Solana network website) when you check SRY’s past transactions.
