I’ve always used Nexaph, and it’s been great shipping from the US to Canada without any issues. However, this was my first time ordering from Sry-simo, and the package was shipping from China. I paid for the package, and it was marked as delivered, but the problem is, I never received it. I got the tracking number on 2025-04-11, but no package ever showed up. I’ve been going back and forth with her trying to figure out what happened, but it’s been nothing but excuses and unhelpful responses. It seemed like she just kept brushing me off, and now she's blocked me entirely on discord.

Does anyone have advice on how to resolve this or how to reach out to her in a way that will work?

I believe they have a new telegram site? You might try there, I am sure it will have Alan's contact (her boss)
You might try to go slow first before you go straight to the scam accusation and allow them the ability to save face by admitting mistake if this is what happened.

You can also DM the SRY contact from the vendor list on this forum and ask for telegram info.

Good Luck

If the delivery company marked it as delivered I fail to see how the vendor scammed you? This sounds like an issue with USPS or perhaps porch pirates, neither of which are the result of a vendor scam.

What was the shipping method? Was USPS the final carrier? You can go to the post office and ask them to check where the package was dropped off, they do a GPS scan that should be logged. Maybe it’s either a neighbor or something.

Most China vendors will not reship in this case because the evidence they have available to them says it was delivered, what’s to stop people from lying to get a second pack? That’s simply the nature of buying drugs from overseas underground labs, I’m afraid, and a risk we all take.

Well OP is in Canada so hopefully they didn't use United States Postal Service

I've ordered successfully from SRY-Simo and I would have to say he/she is one of the best I've dealt with. I'd tell you to slow your roll. It's not like SRY can independently of your delivery service mark the package as "delivered". Odds are very high it was misdelivered by the carrier and not some sort of scam. In any legal sense SRY's responsibility for your item ends when they turn it over to a delivery service (As if "legal" applies here in any way). Anything they do for you is out of a sense of good business practice and I will tell you 100% if you want to get somewhere with someone from Asia, don't start out by screaming "SCAM!" at them or the internet. Face matters. Yours and theirs.

I've seen aliexpress scam by sending a tracking number to your city but sending a package to a random address. They may send a 25 cent item somewhere and say it's been delivered. I had to go to usps and they checked the tracking number I was provided and told me it was for a different address. Maybe talk to your shipping company and verify that the number provided was to your address. Then speak with them and let them know this. They should be able to see if a package was delivered to you or if it went to a different address. If they say it went to you then you know something was delivered. If it was shipped to a different address then yes, you may have been scammed.

Another complaint by a brand new user, with a first post trying to discredit a vendor. I highly doubt this person was scammed. As someone posted earlier in the thread, this is probably the fault of the delivery service. Not Simo or anyone else. This isn’t my forum, but I value the hell out of it. I really wish that inexperienced gray users with unrealistic expectations would stop using this place as a sounding board for bogus complaints.

Open a case with the delivery service. It’s not the vendor’s fault.

When I had a similar situation with Best Buy, Best Buy sent me another shipment for free. However, that was with a big US retailer, a situation unlike that of buying from overseas drug dealers.

I have no problem with new users making complaints. And I think it's great that folks here express their opinions as well. I could recommend that new users go elsewhere, but they'd probably get worse advice. Many people got to read the post and replies; they may have learned something by doing so. And if you object to people saying stupid things, then I recommend joining a forum where I am not a member.
