SRY warehouse stock/shipping issues

Well, sry was my first grey market purchase probably 2 years ago..I had a smooth experience then with shipping from China in less than a week, Ali pay credit card payment, easy purchase.

Now this marks the second time in the last several months they've tried to sell me something they didn't have. The first time, several months back, can't remember exactly, I tried to order a promo product, but since it took me a day to get crypto going, they were sold out.

This time, they were also sold out in the US warehouse, but the rep Lisa didn't tell me, and accepted my payment, and created a shipping label. The label is just sitting there and I am assuming they are waiting for new stock to arrive in the US warehouse from China.

But of course this new product won't match the previous jano tests

I assume I'll eventually get something, not sure when or what.

Fool me twice Shame on me
 
Update, my rep seems to be claiming my shipment was "lost in the mail." Hard to tell for sure because of translation issues. And it doesn't appear the package was ever actually in the mail.

But anyway they sent a new tracking number which appears to be in transit. But this time from California instead of NJ.

I still suspect they had to wait for new product to arrive on shore from China, and they just sent me one from the new batch. I also see that have a new jano result from Aug 28.

When the package arrives I'll compare batch numbers. But at this point it looks like I'll get something at least. Stay tuned
