And how long has it been?

a week. I ordered from US warehouse after confirming it was in stock. I wasn’t expecting they had to probably ship it from CN to the warehouse.
I’ve had other rep respond (not just about tracking) before so I guess i just thought they all do. I’ve read more now and that this is pretty normal.
I dont expect tracking immediately as i have ordered from diff vendors too and from SRY.
But I guess i was just expecting a regular responses to let me know what the situation is, not not-reading my messages at all lol
I was gonna delete after realization but decided to just leave it

The presale promo T60's (which I haven't rec'd yet) coming from CN has me thinking. Alan announced back on Apr 3 that these T60s were found "sitting" in the CN warehouse, and they would start shipping them after receiving back the testing on them. The tests came back from Jano "underfilled" ~59.5. What I now wonder is if these have an old production date and the "underfilled" condition we are seeing isn't actually degradation from sitting around a long time in a warehouse. Can't prove that, but just scattershooting while waiting.

I don't consider 59.5 of 60 "underfilled."

Maybe going forward do a search here on your intended representative. With a name like "Bella" you'll have to differentiate vendors as there are many "Bella's"... With a name like Lucy or Tracy they are notorious! Pep famous even. Try a search here keyword "Lucy."

If you're not happy with the representative that responds to your order inquiry disregard their response and send another inquiry. Trust me they have no problem disregarding your communication... Even if you are a Dear Friend!

Yes i should’ve done that lol i got mixed up with other rep and welp now i know.
They did ignore all, and finally got some feedback. phew! Thanks for listening to me venting

Maybe. Like I said, when he offered the promo, he said it was just sitting in the CN warehouse, like they just discovered it. I don't know. Just throwing it out there for thought. I haven't seen many if any of their current offerings report less than advertised.
