Is anyone else having trouble getting a reply from anyone at SSA? I had great experiences before but haven’t had a reply and they haven’t even read the messages and it’s been a few days. Thanks!

Yes lately they have been slower, maybe because all the demand?

Yeah that’s what I was thinking. Someone else said it’s like none of the sales agents are replying at the moment for some reason. It would be good if they told us why, like an increase in demand so holding off for a few days.

I think they had a lot of group buys on their last promo. I've been waiting for about a month now for my order and was told it's stuck in customs.
