Hello!

I hope this is allowed. I just ordered Tirz from a recommended supplier I found here on this site. I’d like to stack it with Survo.

I did some searching but didn't find much. Can anyone recommend a supplier for Survo?

Thank you!

Check my China Survo thread for info on prices. $190 from PGBMemberpass seems to be the best deal. If you don't mind using Maz as an alternative Nexgraph has a good deal at $190 for it.

Not a lot of research into this. But just doing the simple math says that you'd end up with a triple agonist that would be similar to Retatrutide. GLP1, GIP, and Glucagon. Ratios wouldn't be the same but it'd tick all the boxes.

What's the worst that could happen trying Survo and Tirz? I just reconned my first vial of Survo and am on 20mg Tirz weekly.

I thought 15mg/wk was the max dose of Tirz...

That's the max... but I wanted to go higher. Someone I know online takes 30mg a week.

I wouldn't be surprised if they start pushing the limits of that 15mg ceiling. Semaglutide is testing up to 6.5 (I think) in studies to see if they can improve their numbers for weight loss.

ive taken enough tirz to clog up a horse and didnt die so 20mg plus is doable just see how your body reacts to the larger dose imo

It was the max dose that Eli Lilly used in their last round of trials before they introduced the pens to the marketplace. (At the moment, they are trialing higher doses, 20 and 25 mg a lot of people are saying, I think I've also heard 30 mg.)

At any rate, some number of our grey GLP community have needed or wanted to go higher, for effectiveness. Often the higher-than-15 mg a week dose is achieved by more frequently dosing, but there are the occasional people who actually take 30 mg a week, as @brentm mentioned.

Ongoing data shows that a not-insignificant percentage of patients who successfully followed the Lilly protocol to the max of 15 mg stopped losing weight around the (I think?) 80-week mark. Bummer.

We users are all aware that different bodies respond differently to these GLP meds. All those stories out there about people who lost 100 pounds and never got above 5 mg!! lol. And just like those people who don't need more than 2.5 or 5 mg, Some people need lots more. (And Eli Lilly knows it, and is conducting the clinical trials so they can get the government OK to introduce the higher dosage protocols to the beyonnnd-lucrative marketplace.)

in my view, our grey market community is in effect one huge clinical trial. And because we have the freedom to dose at whatever mg and frequency works for us, we've also got the freedom to go above 15 mg. And for some of us, higher than the "max dose" continues to be safe and beneficial and effective 🙃
