I have added in cagri at 125mcg once a week with tirz 8mg. I was stuck for over a month bouncing up and down the same few lbs. my average weekly loss was less than 0.5lb a week.

As soon as I added cagri my average loss jumped to 1.5-2lb a week. I mainly notice cagri makes me full faster. So I still want things but after a few bites I am very full.

I am struggling with increased fatigue on this combo so will be exploring swapping tirz with reta. But on the weight loss front I cannot deny that cagri is amazing and making a noticeable difference.

Took my first dose of cagri on Sunday, same dose as you. I am not feeling any more than the usual appetite suppression I get from tirz, but I am feeling tired as hell. I didn’t feel much fatigue with tirz but cagri is kicking my ass. When did you start taking cagri and when did it start working for you? I’ve been on a stall for the past couple of weeks so I decided to try out cagri. Ordered some reta recently to see if that makes any difference.

I plan on adding this to the stall as well, but 1st my RS will bump up to Tz max dose. If TS stalls at 15 at any point, then I'll introduce the Cagri to tz and evaluate when to titrate down on Tz and introduce Reta and increase the cagri a bump.

I normally notice a difference immediately and see a difference on the scale in a week. This is my second round with cagri and I am two weeks in. The first round was 2-3 months ago, but I stopped after a month due to the fatigue and my weight loss immediately stopped again. 😭

Yeah unfortunately I experience strong anhedonia with tirz so I’m switching to Reta to hopefully alleviate that side effect. Besides that I love tirz but especially with the recent change in weather I need a break from the emotional blunting

Makes sense. I'm looking forward to researching Reta, w/ the goal of maintenance at some point. 25 more to go. Which is the beast. Good luck🥂

May I recommend Survo..

My stack was 7.5 Tirz, 1mg Cagri, & 4mg Reta.

Cagri helped the suppression for the last 4 or 5 weeks . Reta helped those last lbs MELT off

But like you, Cagri kicked my ass in terms of fatigue. Personally anything more than the .5mg dose is a no go for me and it stopped being helpful. Cagri might be great to cycle.

I ended up dropping my beloved Tirz and stopped the Cagri... Added starter dose of Survo .6mg and it's my new favorite. Suppression is amazing even 4 days post 1st injection.

Stop making me want to buy more powder!🤣

Who did you get it from, if you don't mind sharing?

Anyway to combat this fatigue? Can we stack with another peptide like Nad+ or LipoC

I’ve been keep putting off starting my Cagri due to fear of these fatigue comments. But I needed to break my stall.

I’ve added teso and NAD+ and it’s much more manageable

electrolytes daily and a daily vit b12 sublingual seem to help me some, but not all the way.
