sterile 3ml cartridges

Why is it so hard finding sterile 3 ml cartridges?! 😛

All I can find is random vendors selling in small lots, with dubious claims of sterility. Or Amazon and AliExpress - which I am not inclined to trust too much.

Are there no reputable companies supplying these? And why not? Not a big enough market? Is it difficult to do? Is it against FDA regulations?

Someone posted earlier that they source these from US vendors that have a sterility indicator on them. For the life of me, I can't find these remarkable exotic things.

So you buy the cartridges and fill them and then re-use a pen?
 
As someone else mentioned, Goodies has some. I have bought of Amazon and they're good, moving forward I'll probably stick to Goodies since it has better peace of mind compared to a random Amazon seller but the ones I got for sure were fine (and free shipping).
 
I just received 60 carts from Amazon for $29
They look good enough but no idea if they are actually as sterile as they claim.
The wrapper is slightly different from what I got from Underground but still looks OK.

Anybody know if there's a way to verify that the color change from blue to black is real and not just printed as black?

I buy them on Ali express and have no issues with my cartridges. Pharmacies don't sell cartridges but well pen needles. I have also found the same branch needles on Ali Express which my pharmacy sells.

They are just resellers who buy and sell products of big producers without their brand names on the label. If you can afford such packaging, you can also afford sterilizing, not? If you still can not thrust, just sterilize them yourself? I am sure you know how? Nothing wrong with being sceptic. But well with being too sceptic. 20260613_102533.webp20260613_102544.webp
 
I buy it from ali and sterilize it myself. There is an autoclave at my workplace. When I sterilize it, the blue color on the tape turns black.

On the packs I have, it's written EN868 and ISO11607.

Same label as mine. 100 pack together with 100 pieces 4mm pen needles for €48.

They are much stricter about regulations than us at the moment. Recently I had a chat with a Chinese trader. Not peptides related! Contacted him just to say thank you for his correct business mentality after receiving my goods. At the moment almost every Chinese doing correct business he said. It is no more like before. Chinese government is very strict about it and there is no way getting under it with the technology of today. Even if somebody loses his wallet on street, nobody dares to take it. One street full with hunderds of people can be controlled just by one camera at a time. Identity of each individual is known even if the person is a toerist. Following purchases done through internet and evaluating complaints are much easier than that. Being correct is much easier and cheaper than not being.

EU has recently tried to give fines up to €200 miljon to Temu for selling goods to EU lands that don't qualify EU norms. But could not make it real. Just ended by saying that they had to change their practices within 2 months in order not to pay that sum. I can think why?

Those look like the defective ks-tek batch that can get stuck with automatic pens, one part of the cap thick

they work fine with manual

I bought the same brand of cartridge. The only annoying thing is that one in two has the piston installed backwards, which causes the pen to jam.

I recently found a great deal on needles at Pharmarket, an online pharmacy based near Antwerp. BD embecta 32G 4mm needles for 16€ per box of 100. Free shipping on orders over a certain amount.
