I have been on Reta since about May. Lost 25 lbs early on and then over the last 2 months haven't lost a pound. Or at least the scale doesnt show it. I do lift 3 times a week and started TRT back in September. I know I am building muscle now so maybe I am gaining muscle at around the same rate,.

My food noise has increased lately so I am looking for some feedback here.

I usually take 1.25 mg 3-4 times a week = 3.75 mg - 5 mg a week

Should I bump up my dosage to 8mg-10mg? Some said they scaled down rather than up to help with side effect rather than food noise. Or should I look at stacking something else to help with the food noise?

You are on a low dose for a long time using with no loss.
From 6-8 mg the glukagon part really kicks in, titrate up.
And don't do it 3-4 times per week, 1 or 2.

The various studies seem to support that 8mg-12mg 1x week shot. The cost benefit landscape at 8mg for me personally. But I’ll have to see how 4mg affects me. I would say try the higher 1x a week dose and see how you respond.

1. Do you know your daily calorie deficit?
2. Do you do waist measurements?

If no, why not?

@AndyPanda where ya been brother? Thought the Indian Intelligence operatives abducted you....
😂 I had to lay low because I was getting a little too political and was hurting some feelings. Also, India makes too many Rupees off of me to jeopardize things. Surprisingly since uncle Donald made the tariff deal my last few packages have cleared Customs in record time. I am definitely waiting for the other shoe to drop though. If only there was a chemical to combat the physiological effects of working night shift.

The glp1s will replace the 4-7 years of life that night shift took from you. Andy is Andy ya take it or leave it, youre valued here and have more lovers than haters. And since we're besties with Xi now, the bullshit tariff fees were paying should be reduced or replaced by free unusable bac water kits. Messaged our crew I seen a vendor that has 10ml vials with gso.... you know what that means. Just NOT in the open thread.

I started out with sema (also in May) and then added in the reta about 3 months later. Currently I take 2mg of sema and 1mg of reta on Sunday and then have an additional 3mg of reta on Wednesday. Sema is cheaper than reta and in my opinion does a better job of tackling food noise, even at lower doses.

I have lost about 42 pounds so far and am quite happy with how everything is going. I think that reta and sema go together really well.
