I have seen @AndyPanda mention the need for Vitamin C when taking glutathione and I read from someone about TMG with my NAD+

What other vitamins are important/synergistic with the common peps and secretagogues?

I currently take:
Multi vitamin
TMG
CoQ10
Magnesium
Zinc
(bought copper)
(bought D3 but waiting for panel tomorrow)

Have cycled: SS-31, NAD+, MOTS-c
Taking Tirzepatide
Did 6 weeks of Tesofensine
Did 8 weeks of Lipo C with B/12
Considering:
Clen
Test E (depending on test results)

I am on TRT (3 years), started taking Reta 4 weeks ago and started BPC-157 last week. TRT and Reta are doing their thing, still to early to noctice anything from the BPC-157.

You need Vitamin E with Glutathione as well. It’s well worth it in my humble opinion. I will take it for the rest of my life, as long as it’s available.

So vitamin E and C with Glutathione-
(Glutathione and vitamin C can enhance each other's effects and provide a more comprehensive approach to skin health. Glutathione can help to reduce oxidative stress and inflammation, while vitamin C can support collagen production and help brighten the skin.)
TMG with NAD+
(TMG (a methyl donor) in supplements is primarily done to balance the methylation process during NAD+ metabolism)
CoQ10 with ss-31
(CoQ10 promotes nerve regeneration by enhancing mitochondrial biogenesis)

Are there more?>

What other vitamins are important or synergistic with these common peps/etc that we see our friends selling?

fwiw, my experience is if you get enough vitamin c/e from your diet or oral supplements there's no need to inject additional. I've seen glutathione make significant impact on my liver values without any additional vitamin injections.

I am thinking oral for sure. I would be very interested in when to take zinc magnesium, what other supplements oral or injected are needed with certain peps and other meds

you might want to investigate oral N-Acetyl-Cysteine which precursors particularly with oral glutathione (S-Acetyl Glutathione (S-A-GSH) shows best bioavailability) TMG is glycine, so not sure separate glycine needed, just up the TMG. An equal or double dosage of vitamin C for each milligram of S-Acetyl Glutathione has been recommended by various resources.

The donations - expenditure - occurs during recycling of multiple anti-oxidants, e.g., C and E, alpha-lipoic acid, and CoQ10, the latter providing substrate within mito processes.

i'm moving to pinning glutathione for the same reason folks getting results with NAD sq. (versus the oral bioavailability of NMN vs NR vs NMNH), and the C w/glutathione inj commentary appreciated

Thanks for this and 100% on all commentary appreciated.

I feel like this is an area where it is hard to find information if you do not know where to start looking and supplements are much like snake oil in some you just pee out etc..

But the more I learn the more I want to read about and that is what lead me to TMG and CoQ10.

I would love to learn about more synergistic and necessary supplements.
