RS started Tirz Aug 2024 and has
lost 87 lbs. RS is 28 lbs from goal. She’s on 10 mg and has been stalled for 2 months. Thursday, Nov 6, 2025 (writing this on Sunday) RS added .3 Survo. She usually pins Tirz Sunday night and Survo doses will be pinned Thursday night. I realize RS could increase Tirz to break a stall, but she’s getting close enough to goal to want to work on sculpting and maybe get rid of some belly fat. Reta is the first choice for most people but RS likes Tirz and doesn’t want to switch. She also has a decent stockpile of Tirz, so adding the glucagon receptor seems a good step. I will try to record my research here. Goals: lose 28 lbs, reduce belly fat, reduce fatigue, increase muscle.

Week 1: Tirz 10 mg, Survo .3 mg, no other peps except topical GHK-CU on face
Weight: 158.2 Height: 5’2”
Waist: 37.5”
Hips: 41.25”
Notes: no side effects. The day after Survo RS seemed to get full after eating about half what was normal. The “full quick” effect became less as days passed. Food noise and sugar cravings seem less but not like the early days of Tirz. Weight is fluctuating daily up and down but never below 158.2 lbs. Fatigue: same (not/never debilitating).
Muscles: soreness persists after a hard workout Friday (2 days ago).

mots-c and ss31 could be helpful because they are supposed to enhance fat oxidation and improve metabolic flexibility and I think i remember something about it increasing atp. I’d look into those two, using them together ☺️

Any tracking of resting heart rate at all? I hear a lot about in increasing with the addition of a glucagon receptor agonist
No. RS has SVT so I’m not concerned about resting heart rate, I’m worried about 210-220 bpm suddenly, which is RS’s normal. No worries, RS can always reset it herself and it only happens 4-6 time a year. RS asked her cardiologist about going on Reta and he was not concerned about it increasing resting heart rate and said it was fine to go on it. Luckily because of RS’s SVT her heart has been well studied for high heart rate and deemed fit. I’ve read that others with SVT and other tachycardias don’t have a higher incidence with Reta.

You know you're allowed to say it's you here, right? I keep wondering why on earth you're reporting on a friend and then going oh.

Haha. I can’t remember which of these web sites you absolutely can not use “I” you have to jump through the whole RS hoops. I really thought it was this one. It’s so stupid. If I really won’t get kicked off I’ll change to first person because it takes too much time. Whew.

I'm pretty sure Peppys is the only forum/platform who makes members do that lab rat thing.

I think it's fun to talk about myself in the rat person🙂 sure, everyone knows. But it's fun to pretend it's like a code. 🙂
