Switching from Ozempic to Retatrutide

After I have lost weight on Ozempic I plan on switching to Retatrutide to lose a bit more body fat.
How many weeks should I wait before starting the Reta to let the Ozempic clear out from my body??

you can start right away, start with a low dose, but surely at low doses you will feel it less having already been on Ozempic

After 4 months of Ozempic should I start with 0.5mg of Reta or just go straight to 1mg??

You can start with the baby dose of 0.5 mg and then take more a few days later (like 0.5 mg to 1.5 mg), depending on feelz.

A new GLP can give more sides when starting, but up to 2 mg of reta would probably be fine as a starting dose for the first week, as in the reta studies. Some people here and some in the trials have started at higher doses like 3+ mg:

Phase 2 data explicitly demonstrated that starting at 2 mg rather than 4 mg helped mitigate dose-related gastrointestinal adverse events, such as nausea and vomiting (Jastreboff et al., 2023; Rosenstock et al., 2023).
