Switching from Sermorelin to HGH. What to expect?

As mentioned on the title, im looking to switch from Sermorelin to HGH.

Currently on 500mcg of Sermorelin and switching to 2iu's of HGH as a starting point.

What should I expect and is 2iu's enough? My primary goal is body recomp (I'm also on TRT).
