Switching - or adding - Reta: What should I dose?

Hey there! I've been on Tirz for a year, lost 45lbs but it's completely stalled for a few months. I'm on 15mg of gray, from a good supplier. I want to add, or possible swap to Reta. I've made my order and it comes this week!

How would you recommend I titrate over? I currently do my shots at every 5 days and did initially see a difference. Thanks so much, new friends!
 
Since you're doing gray you can dose anything. I might start 10-12mg Tirz with 1mg Reta. Maybe 10/1, 8/2, 6/3, 5/4, and so on.

If you are already dosing every 5, titrate to 17.5 of Tirz. Save the Reta for when you pass 20mg and just switch completely.
 
I did a fairly normal titration up on Tirz up to 15mg, and I slowly stacked Reta to 5mg. Once I hit that level it only lasted 2 weeks. No real side effects, but the appetite suppression was so strong I could barely eat. I then titrated down from Tirz to 5mg and up on Reta to 12mg. I have been holding there for a few weeks and plan to continue until maintenance. I'm down 78lbs in 7.5 months. That is 32% of my body weight. I would consider this experiment to be a success so far. I'm not sure what maintenance will look like.
 
reposting: Started Tirz 35 weeks ago. Now at 10.4mg every 5 days. Yes, slowly titrating up. To break my stall, started Cagri at 0.13mg/week, 11 weeks ago, increasing 0.04mg each week, now at 0.5mg/6 days. Cagri is a nice booster but feel a bit nauseous too easily. Never before on Tirz. Started Reta at 0.5mg/week 8 weeks ago, increasing about 0.16mg each week, and now at 1.5mg/week. Takes 3-4 weeks before you see full effect. Started low to reduce negative side effects. Now loosing 1.5-2.0# a week. 0 exercise, sit at a desk all day. Down 56 lbs in 35 weeks. Past 4 weeks = 0 hunger. I actually don't like eating anymore. I don't want to titrate up too quickly in fear of loosing the magic. I have another 44 lbs to go to hit BMI of 25. That's 30+ more weeks.
