With the research that I have been doing, I realized that I'm not meeting my calories for optimal weight loss. Some days, I have trouble making it into the 1000 range.

Looking at the TDEE calculators out there on the web, there are so many huge ranges for where I should be. Anyone have a good one that is ideal to follow? TIA

For what it's worth, I like to look at the range and then see how the upper or lower ends feel on my body, and what sort of results I'm getting. But I have happily been a good responder to the meds for many months now so it's easy for me to take my time at this point, and listen to what works best for my particular situation.

Thank you. I may do that over the next week or two and see what my body reacts to.
My weight loss has slowed down a little but I'm still within really good weekly loss numbers. Slow and steady, but feeling more of the steady then slow 😄. I've just taken my 3rd 7.5 tirz pin.
I also have to try not weigh every day or every few days. I see more of the small gains that weight loss takes anyway with water retention and lack of bowel movements 😆
Thanks for your advice.

This looks great to me and actually very similar to my own - I started at 280 on Sept 4 '24 and just hit 199 with an average weekly loss of 1.8lb. I'm 5'7" 50F moderately active and try to stick to around 1600 cals/day. If I feel like I'm under 1100 or so I add a protein shake to the end of my day. And I do weigh nearly every day because it feels healthier to see the ups and downs for me, but I'm also not triggered by the ups. I only record the downs so if it's an up day I just don't put it in the app. Happy losing!
