Tesa, 10mg Vials reconstition and Dosage amounts and times to inject please

Hey Gurus,

Im looking into intorducing Tesa into my stacks, but was hoping for some feedback please on the below Points :-

1. 10mg Vial do i reconstitute with 1Ml of Bac Water ?
2. What dosages but i be taking please ?
3. The time of day that's best to take it ?

currently on 2.5MG of reta, 10Mg of KLOW + looking to start ss31 before Mots C.

Tesa, I am on the same. Been on for almost 90 days on a 5x2 schedule 2mg nightly before bed, 3 hours of no food. Been fantastic! I started with Cjc/ipa but had side effects so switched to tesa after a month. Sleep is great, recovery, energy improvements, and muscle tone.
Now if you’re below 40, hgh secretagogues probably won’t do much.

I always recommend people get their bloodwork done before starting to check igf-1 levels.

im reallyy looking forward to Tesa, im 38 now so im hoping im ticking all the right boxes, Diet and training on point lost a fair amount of weight and really leaning up now so all these Peps that can aid im all for .

Think im gonna continue running Reta for 6 months, does staying the same for now as its keeping the food noise without the sides so no point upping it if its not required.

KLow ive recently introduced to mainly to help with some niggles, not noticing much skin benefits yet, maybe a lil less bloated but i think thats due to the KPV ?

I ran 5mg a day, just stuck with the 5x2 schedule. And ran it for 60 days. Then switched to MC, I do 2mg daily in the AM fasted before workout. I take Ghk, and low dose Bpc at the same time separate pins.

For those of you on Tesa/IPA what was your igf1 and score prior to Tesa and what was it after? I ordered Tesa prior to blood test. Test just came in at 363 igf-1 with z score of 1.9. I'm afraid to take it now since I'll probably end up with 400+ igf1. What were others igf # when running Tesa?

oops. It's actually 323. I was curious though if others have pushed their igf to 400+ just for a cycle and what the results were on fat loss.

Comparing levels for different people is useless since natural levels vary based on age and sex. You should use z-score instead. Staying under +2 for z-score is considered safe. Once you start crossing that +2 threshold, you open yourserself to more risk, depending on how long your IGF1 stays elevated: Left Ventricular Hypertrophy, hypertension, insulin resistance, cancer risk, etc

I just started TESA. I am currently doing .5 mg 39392. I'll do this for 2 weeks, then titrate up to 1 mg same schedule.

I ran Tesa by itself w/ no IPA. I started at 1mg per day then went to 1.5mg after a month. Then pushed it to 2mgs around week 10 or 11.

My starting IGF-1 on January 15th was 165, z-score .1. I re ran my labs on March 16th. My IGF-1 shot up to 401, z-score 2.5.

I immediately dropped back down to 1mg per day 2-3 hours after dinner. I’ll retest in June to see how my IGF is doing.
