Tesa and water retention

How much water retention did you have on tesa? Did it last the entire time you were on it, or a couple of weeks or so?

I'm keen to try but nervous about looking "puffy" and it not going away 😆

For me it was about 8-10 lbs and it stayed the whole time I was on it. I didn't really look or feel puffy though. It was pretty much just a week long stall where my weight went up a little bit. After I got off I lost the water and it as like a little bonus recomp at the end of the cut.
