So I don't have a lot of experience with Tesamorelin....I do know it's finicky, tips to recon etc.

But what I can't seem to find...is there any reason I can reconstitute 4 vials at once (a month's supply) ? Since it's essentially liquid gold, I'd prefer not to f this up.🤓

So I presume you're taking or plan to 2mg per day for 5 days on and using 10mg vials. I wouldn't do more than 2 at once (me personally I would just recon one at a time). Once you recon the Tesa will slowly degrade , and beginning week two the rate of degradation increases, but should still be good enough. Week 3 and beyond though you can start to lose 10% or more of potency. So again, id want to keep it as fresh as possible and definitely wouldn't prep more than 2. The bac vial you open will still be fine for the 3rd and 4th week, so I'm not sure what exactly you are trying to not screw up.

I do 2 at a time for a total of 10 days usage.

Thanks to you both 👍

I dont disagree with you, as you may have read this somewhere but do you have any proof? I have heard it over and over but can't find research to back it up.

Nothing concrete and generally youre right. Inferred from a couple data points and searches. From some AI research I did, "The one FDA-approved formulation that is reconstituted with bacteriostatic water — Egrifta WR — is validated to be stored at room temperature (20–25°C) and discarded 7 days after mixing. (FDA) The older formulations (Egrifta SV, original Egrifta) use sterile water and are meant to be used immediately." While not clearly stated, this implies the manufacturers know something about potency and time decay. There are some other studies like https://onlinelibrary.wiley.com/doi/10.1111/j.1399-3011.1991.tb00727.x , that show human GHRH analogues suffered extensive degradation, so not exactly tesa but sharing its exact core 44-amino-acid foundation. The study concluded that after 14 days, the incubated samples containing the native structure lost significant growth hormone-releasing potency due to structural shifts. So while the degradation rate and exact timing is more speculation and anecdotal, I think it is fair to say that fresh is best and there is a high probability of lost potency every day post recon. How much and enough to really matter if it is still used within 30 days or something? Can't say obviously but enough to support in my mind not reconning 4 vials at once.
