Hi peptide brainiacs! Not that I don’t believe Chat GBP because I do. I just want input, guidance, tips and tricks in addition to the word salad Chat GBT gave me. 🙂 So basically through my pillow talk with GBT I’ve concluded a stack for visceral fat loss paired with Triz/Reta is Tesa/Ipam/AOD

This is what it says
AM-Fasted 300mcg AOD and 300mcg Ipam
PM- Fasted 2mg Tesa, 300mcg Ipam, 300mcg AOD
*also stacking Triz 12.5 every 7 and trirating Reta 2.5 every 5
Beginning metformin 1000mg at night
Also beginning military calisthenics and 2/3x per week of light cardio

Stats.
Female, 41. 5’7.75 156lbs. Healthy with zero underlying health issues or concerns.
SW: Jan 25-238.8
CW: Jan 26-156.3
GW: 125 by 04/26
Triz since Jan 25

T is 24 (low end of normal range-attempting to boost thru replenishment compounded vitamin deficiency and common low does RX hormone med to ease the .15 out of range hypothyroid lab work) *if after 6-8 weeks of vitamin replenishment and hormone balance I will incorporate a cycle of Testosterone cypionate and retest.

Anyways, any thoughtful insight/guidence/adjustments to my plan on the pep stack forementioned?

The only thing I would say is visceral fat gets thrown around a lot. But unless you are getting high quality imaging you aren't going to know much about your visceral fat.

In regards to your stack , the only thing that jumps out to me is AOD which from everything I've read is pretty much bogus in humans. Especially compared to all the other compounds that you already take that are much much more effective. So if you want to save a pin and a little money I would say that you can ditch that with zero problem.

Congrats on the weight loss and recomp so far.

One last bit of advice , I don't know of any but with how serious you appear it might be worth it to look into getting some real professional advice. Some type of concierge/wellness/ performance based medicine. Like crossfitters or other fitness athletes go to. They would be what I would be looking for in your shoes. That you could talk about your specific goals and more involved bloodwork and current stack with. I only have heard about this stuff from a very competitive crossfitter buddy. But it sounds like they are on the cutting edge of performance substances and unlike normal GP's actually get the peptide world.
