I think people may be overthinking the “full stomach” part when it comes to tesamorelin and GLP-1s. The point of taking tesamorelin without food is not that your stomach has to be physically empty, or your gastric emptying needs to be fast. It is more that you do not want to take it right in the middle of a big insulin response from a meal. Insulin blunts/blocks growth hormone production. That's the real reason why people talk about being in a fasted state to maximize the benefit of Tesa.

Yes, GLP1s slow gastric emptying, so food may sit around longer. But they also tend to improve post-meal glucose control. So “my stomach is full from this GLP-1” does not automatically mean “my glucose and insulin are still elevated in a way that makes tesamorelin less effective.”

For example, in someone with good insulin sensitivity, glucose is going to spike quickly during and after a meal, then come back down within an hour or two. If you are insulin resistant and your "peaks and valleys" healthy glucose response is more of a 'rolling hills' after a meal; then fix that first before you take a bunch of Tesa anyway. If you're on a GLP1; your glucose and insulin are going to not go as high, and come down more quickly than they would if you weren't on one. (Does that mean that a GLP-1 might actually enhance Tesa and shrink the 'fasting' time? I'm no scientist, but could it?)
