Due to a mix up in my order i received 600mg or reta instead of 1200mg of tirz. Also received GLOW70.

I want to get some tests to see where my health stands after 15 months of 15mg munjaro.

What should i get ? read a bit about igf-1 testing before glow but just starting out.

Thanks.

Most mainstream docs automatically order liver, kidney, a1c and lipid panel. And thyroid could be in there as well.

ah i didn't see the tests section

  • HbA1c: To monitor long-term blood sugar control.
  • Liver Function Tests (ALT, AST): To check for liver health and detect potential side effects.
  • Renal Function Tests (eGFR, Creatinine, BUN): To ensure kidney health.
  • Electrolytes (Sodium, Potassium): To check for imbalances that can arise from GLP-1 use.
  • Lipid Profile (Cholesterol, Triglycerides): To assess cardiovascular risk.
  • Thyroid Function Tests (TSH, Free T4): To rule out any thyroid abnormalities, as these can sometimes be affected.
are all those covered ?

I would do a fasting glucose and fasting insulin test as then you can compute your HOMA-IR which is a measure of insulin sensitivity. If you're going to do a thyroid test, also add Free T3 as that's the active form of thyroid hormone.
