I was excited to start my Survo research this morning. So I reconned last night in preparation. It didn't dissolve well at all and is cloudy.

yep!
I'm gonna recon a vial from a different kit with brand new Hospira Bac next and see what happens. After that, if it still doesn't work out, I'll contact them after the holiday for a credit.

Second kit, same result... not going to waiste my time or Bac on the third kit. I'll reach out after the holiday and see what they'll do about it.

Alice has been MIA-ish since Peptocalypse but signs of life just when the holiday began. We'll see what happens.

Shes been quick to reply via email for me. JEEP also a great option but they nailing me on shipping ($80)

Alice reached out after the holiday. She asked me how I'd like to resolve this. I said either a swap for t30's or a refund. She said they will send me some T30's 🙂
