The case for HGH EOD vs ED

Great read. I will give it a shot. Just started 2iu a day. Wonder if EOD means possible increase in dose. Sounds like it minimizes side effects allowing for a reset and recovery of receptors. Thanks for the share.

Was wondering the same thing. People asking in comments and some have increase dose from 2 to 6iu with no sides.
I'm gonna move to 4iu from 2.5 and test.

I cant even get to 3iu daily without my elbows feeling like they are going to rip apart. I might have to try EOD. The problem I've read is that it's okay for IGF1 levels, but the lipolytic benefits are greatly diminished with EOD. Sadly, I can't read the article because I refuse to get an X account.

Some anecdodale evidence in the comments as well on the typical side effects (water retention, numbness)! completely not existent on EOD.
The water retention was very, very existent for me when I was running EOD.

2ui cruse , 4ui blast every night. Morning injections practically put me to sleep. No water retention but I do get the tingly wrists.

Bro-Scientist take?
Given that he’s pinning sizable chunks of his argument on singular rat studies and ignoring the fact that rats aren’t humans, bro-scientist checks out.

He may eventually figure out that preclinical studies are used to investigate mechanisms that may be involved in human physiology but that it’s completely ridiculous to assume that just because something works a certain way in rats that it must work identically in humans.

Hard to take the guy seriously if he hasn’t figured that out yet.
