I have finally reached goal weight and am trying to sort out the future. Fortunately, I still have a huge stockpile of Tirz among a bunch of other stuff that looked interesting in a lab freezer. My plan is to slowly reduce the dose from 15mg weekly and continue weight monitoring. If it turns out that 15mg a week is required, so be it but there is a significant risk of overshooting the goal. At 64, I really don't want to be a super thin, frail old man and that is only about 15 pounds away. A section where we can share maintenance stories would be nice.

I am certainly no doctor, but if it were me, I would start titrating down while also paying very close attention to my weight and appetite. I feel like you could find a much lower dose where you would maintain and simply use the GLP as a way to control hunger but not to the point of losing any more weight.

I have a very similar situation. I'm 63 and have finally reached my goal weight. My problem is I'm on a very high-dose of tirz. 20 mg every 5 days and I have stopped losing weight. I'm afraid if I lower my dosage I will start gaining weight. I just added Mazdutide so I might be able to lower the tirz and not gain weight. My hunger seems less so I will try decreasing the tirz. I don't mind staying on a high dose of tirz but I am not sure it is safe.
