The hunger is back. I take 5 mg on Mondays and 2.5 mg on Fridays. How do you deal with hunger? Do you increase your dose? Or do you try to cope with it?

Move up in dose...or, look at how much you are eating. If you are on a starvation diet, there is nothing being retained in your stomach to feel full (delayed gastric emptying). I had some increased food noise earlier this week, and yesterday, I ate a little bit more than I have been...That led to an increase in gastric symptoms last night and have felt 'full' from then through today and will have no problem making it to pin tomorrow...Works for me, YMMV

There is nothing noble about trying to white knuckle a lower dose. I'm assuming tirz based on 7.5mg weekly. Either way tirz is studied and approved to 15mg, reta is studied up to 12mg. Assuming manageable side effects, you still have alot of runway to increase dose before bringing cagri online.

I'm on the fence with cagri, absolutely works at a very low dose, but man, fatigue knocked me on my ass. Something I would only tolerate for last two weeks if just short of your goal. Hopefully elora is much better.
