Great article making the case for dosing HGH every other day vs everyday. Some anecdodale evidence in the comments as well on the typical side effects (water retention, numbness)! completely not existent on EOD.

Great read. I will give it a shot. Just started 2iu a day. Wonder if EOD means possible increase in dose. Sounds like it minimizes side effects allowing for a reset and recovery of receptors. Thanks for the share.

Was wondering the same thing. People asking in comments and some have increase dose from 2 to 6iu with no sides.
I'm gonna move to 4iu from 2.5 and test.
