Just some positive vibes from me today. Officially hit the 180ib mark today. If you scroll through my post history, i think i posted here back in october for the first time, around the 220ish mark down from 240 on compounded tirz.

So so so happy to share i hit the 60ib loss. Aiming for 140 but god damn I feel like a new woman. Reta and tirz stack for me has been fucking magic, I will never stop. thank you so much to this community for the everything, i would have never taken the leap if I hadnt found this forum. <3

Right on Professor. Enjoy your journey in your new body and continue to spread the good word.

Never forget where you came from. I've found that no one hates a fat person like a former fat person, so keep that sense of empathy and don't proselytize unless folks are asking for your help.

Thank you so much! Not at all... I am so happy though. The focus on whole foods, being able to move my body (i was able to put my leg fully up to my body without my tummy stopping me for the first time in years!) and honestly just the support from IRLs has been massive.

I began stacking in late Oct 25'. Was on and off compounded before i discovered gray since summer 24' I believe if memory serves. I got up to 12mg on compounded tirz, tried some wegovy, all the things. Haven't looked back since gray and never will. Current stack GLP wise, 10-12mg (depends on my menstrual cycle) tirz once a week, and 5mg reta once a week. working good for me at about 2ib WL per week. Looking to go up on reta to a therapeutic dose, however, will slowly be increasing. appetite is slowly creeping (still losing but) in which is making it hard for me hence upping a little.

Totally get the anxiety, man when i started if you put me on a hamster wheel after that first purchase and pin of gray i would have lit up a light bulb haha.. but now i will never look back. Good luck 🙂

Congratulations!! About to order gray for first time and I hear ya on anxiety! Can’t imagine the anxiety for the first pin even after the testing and all the research. Congrats again! Keep going!

What's your activity look like along with these doses? Regular gym goer, hardly active at all and just managing calories or somewhere in between?

Hey! sorry missed this.

decently active, not an avid gym goer though. I have health issues (sounds like a classic excuse, but really!) which knock me out a bit. but i do what i can

mostly managing calories and getting in that extra movement when i can. Looking to try and up the gym though since i hit my goal that i set to start going to the gym.

I feel like glp1 users are more likely to avoid turning into that kind of insufferable, because we know that but for the grace of science, there go I.
 
Congrats on your loss!!! It really is an overwhelming feeling when you finally start losing. Most of us have tried all the diets and all the things, failing over and over is so disheartening. Then along comes this magic world and wham....success. It is such a great feeling

That’s awesome. My first ever weight loss was from 240 to 180 and I felt amazing as well! Keep up the great work!

i feel like 240 to 180 is one of those ones where you can really see the difference. where are you sat at now? curious to hear more success of someone on a similar journey to me. I am getting a bit stagnant ibs wise weekly. i started at like 3ibs per week when i first began, now i am more like 1-1.5ibs per week on a good week.

Over time after that (like 13 years) I got up to 341 and was around 260 a week ago. It wasn’t until the past month when my weight had held steady that I have been getting comments about my weight loss. My goal is to get to 180-200. I was doing 5mg Tirz and couldn’t afford to do more because of where I was buying but I switched to Reta 2 weeks ago and feel like the weight has started dropping again.

Yo! I am actually now at 169ibs since writing this post (my loss has slowed down now I am at a lower weight). Reta 5-6mg per week, around the 10 to 15mg on tirz weekly. healthier choices (been slipping recently, but I think it's due to another medical issue), more walking and moving, and gym occasionally.

Congratulations! I know how you feel. It is so freeing to know we can be "normal" in our eating, without all the extra noise.

Update for anyone following this thread, I am 166ibs of this mornings weigh in!

cant stop wont stop haha

starting to feel like myself again, not camera shy, not shy at all anymore. it took me a while but if youre reading this and think it is not possible, if i can do it YOU CAN DO IT
