Also known as "tirz fatigue" though not unique to tirz. Usually worse when starting or titrating up. Usually goes away eventually. Some people will switch to reta for its eventual glucagon boost, which can cause insomnia.I tired Tirz and I felt like I got hit by a bus for the next two days, even at low dose. My energy was super depleted and I felt like dog poo. Is there something that can counteract that feeling?
My favorite tip for dealing with tirz fatigue is to eat more carbs. Some other tips:

Electrolytes & Hydration: Tirzepatide can flush fluids quickly. Sip on water with an electrolyte packet, especially the day before and day after your shot.
Strategic Carbs: Because your appetite drops, your blood sugar might be dipping. Try eating small, frequent amounts of clean, easy-to-digest carbohydrates (like oatmeal, fruit, or a bit of rice) to keep your energy stable.
Protein: Make sure you're getting enough protein to prevent muscle fatigue, even if it's just a protein smoothie when you don't feel like eating.
Shot Timing: Some people find success switching their injection to Friday night so they can sleep through the worst of the 'hit by a bus' feeling over the weekend."
