currently at 2.5mg tirz. And it’s not quite killing it like it used to. Im nervous about increasing dose as the fatigue is so bad for the first 2 days.
I started dosing every 5 days.
I accidently dosed on the 4th day last week and felt a bigger “kick” from the med. like increased side effects. Mostly just dizziness tho.
Anyway. Though on every 4 days (2.5mg tirz) vs taking the next level dose of 5mg.
Effectiveness?

You want those peaks so the body is having a harder time catching up, for most things that is at least. GLP1 are new so they haven't tested tolerance intensively, but we can extrapolate from what we know.

So I think it's better to do less often but bigger dose to prevent our body from adapting too fast

That makes sense. I’m just really struggling with the tiredness. I’m at work and I’m really struggling to keep my eyes open. I have been sipping on coffee but that doesn’t help. I have a tolerance to that as well. It just increased my heart rate and makes my eye twitch.
The fatigue is just unreal.
Not sure what to do about it. It’s pretty noticeable even. Coworkers telling me I look very tired and act very tired.
So I feel bad, because I def am very tired.
And this is making me very hesitant to move up on a bigger dose.
Because if it’s even worse on a bigger dose, then idk how I would make it a whole week trying to function like that.

It's weird that you have such strong side effect. Are you sure it's not related to what you eat? Try eating more carbs to see if it helps

How long have you been on tirz and how much wt are you looking to lose ? Any other side effects?

Goals and individual tolerance will vary among researchers.

During my wt loss phase I preferred once a week as it produced stronger appetite suppression for me but the side effect was fatigue especially at 48 hrs when it was at a very high level in my system. I literally napped the day away and deliberately made it on a Saturday.

I've tried more time between injections to lower doses and have found for me smaller does and keeping the glp even in my system (according to glp plotter in Shotsy app), I am appropriately hungry, but energy levels have returned - which has been nice. I didn't have fatigue side effects at 2.5mg but some people do.

I found that dropping .5mg from current dose and going to 4 days was ideal.

There is an interesting debate going on in this forum, and others, that I am continuing to try and read more about.
Does the GLP-1 benefit from cycling peaks and valleys, many peptides do suggest a benefit from allowing effects to fluctuate and your body benefits from these. I am very interested in more information.
That being said, the difference in each individual regarding titration and success is also vast. Some never make it to the maximum EL test dose and some go far past that. There are so many factors.
But when increasing frequency you are definitely effecting both the peaks and valley timelines in addition you are titrating up dose.

Using this PLOTTER can help you see what you are dosing
Standard starting dose peaks at2.5mg are 3.4

Using a plotter you will see that taking every 2.5mg/4 days greatly increases peaks and base line.
This gets your peaks to about 5.5

Even reducing to 2mg/4days will increase to 4.37 peaks

I agree. It's a very individual experience and it's nice to have the flexibility of a compound or grey over the standard name brand dosing - which I didn't like at all.

Currently what's working for me - with the main goal to mitigate tirz fatigue - is lowering the amount of tirz in my system at any given time. This shows by switching to every 4 days the levels don't go above the 9mg weekly dose which is what I was looking for at this time.
Back in March they were climbing over 9mg when I was split dosing weekly.

Using 4.5 every 4 days -
I'm eating more and have more energy while still losing body fat, and not losing muscle.
I have more energy so I'm working out - resistance work - which I was too tired to do - and simply burning more.

I'm sure I'll continue to play with it and make adjustments as my goals change and my pep stack changes as well. I'm always reading about how tirz interacts of with other peps and make adjustment for that as well.

If I can keep it an even 4 days between doses than that would work beautiful. I feel like 3.5 days would be better but that seems like it will get harder to map out.
I’m currently on 2.5mg so taking it two times a week will make me at 5mg.

I'm a fan of the 4 day schedule.

Using the plotter in my previous post you will find that 2.5mg every 3.5 days peaks at 6.22 and valleys are 4.8mg

While 5mg every 7 days peaks at 7.2mg valleys at 3.7
