currently at 2.5mg tirz. And it’s not quite killing it like it used to. Im nervous about increasing dose as the fatigue is so bad for the first 2 days.
I started dosing every 5 days.
I accidently dosed on the 4th day last week and felt a bigger “kick” from the med. like increased side effects. Mostly just dizziness tho.
Anyway. Though on every 4 days (2.5mg tirz) vs taking the next level dose of 5mg.
Effectiveness?

You want those peaks so the body is having a harder time catching up, for most things that is at least. GLP1 are new so they haven't tested tolerance intensively, but we can extrapolate from what we know.

So I think it's better to do less often but bigger dose to prevent our body from adapting too fast

That makes sense. I’m just really struggling with the tiredness. I’m at work and I’m really struggling to keep my eyes open. I have been sipping on coffee but that doesn’t help. I have a tolerance to that as well. It just increased my heart rate and makes my eye twitch.
The fatigue is just unreal.
Not sure what to do about it. It’s pretty noticeable even. Coworkers telling me I look very tired and act very tired.
So I feel bad, because I def am very tired.
And this is making me very hesitant to move up on a bigger dose.
Because if it’s even worse on a bigger dose, then idk how I would make it a whole week trying to function like that.

It's weird that you have such strong side effect. Are you sure it's not related to what you eat? Try eating more carbs to see if it helps

How long have you been on tirz and how much wt are you looking to lose ? Any other side effects?

Goals and individual tolerance will vary among researchers.

During my wt loss phase I preferred once a week as it produced stronger appetite suppression for me but the side effect was fatigue especially at 48 hrs when it was at a very high level in my system. I literally napped the day away and deliberately made it on a Saturday.

I've tried more time between injections to lower doses and have found for me smaller does and keeping the glp even in my system (according to glp plotter in Shotsy app), I am appropriately hungry, but energy levels have returned - which has been nice. I didn't have fatigue side effects at 2.5mg but some people do.

I found that dropping .5mg from current dose and going to 4 days was ideal.
