Thoughts on my stack - How much is too much?

Reta 1 ml 2x week
Tesa 2 ml daily
Ipa 1.5 ml 2x daily
Cyp .5ml 2x week (corrected)
Bcp-157 500 mcg daily pill
Creatine 20 grams daily

I feel great, no sides aside from my heartbeat being up about 7 bpm, and I'm gaining water weight (up 12 lbs in 6 weeks, despite being in a slight caloric deficit a few lbs of muscle gain as well). i feel the reta working, I'm never hungry, although the moment I eat, i feel a bit hungrier which is great because it puts me in complete control over how , when, and what i eat. Muscle is packing on like crazy, I lift heavy daily, run/hike 3x week. I'm considering adding KLOW to this once the bpc caps run out, but I'm mildly concerned about the size of the list. No contraindications as best I can tell but I'd appreciate some constructive criticism if there's any to be had.

The water weight is probably from estrogen increase. Not sure your actual test amount but should level out eventually. Also tesa has water retention. Once you quit it it that should drop .

No such thing as too much of a good thing.

Test Cyp? That would be a crazy amount. Like 2-2.5 GRAMS!

Assuming you mean mg instead of ml for most of this?

Also why 20g of Creatine? Nootropic effect?

you got me, I didn't put the decimal. It's .5ml cyp (corrected, ty). And yes on teh creatine. I've been reading 20grams will cross the blood/brain barrier (under 20 won't) with positive cognitive effects, and I was already taking 15g anyway, so what's another 5.

recent studies have shown more and more that the dose is alot more wieght dependent and bigger people need more. i think its something like 0.5grams/lbs of bodyweight. plus others show how higher doses than that up to 20-30g/daily helps with brain function and to reduce onset of dementia. i even saw one that showed something like 50g/daily helped with osteoporosis but im not sure if that was actually linked to the creatine or not but i guess they had to mention it from the study.

personally if i have more than 10g in one sitting it makes me blow my guts out about 12 hours later so i guess it could also be used as a laxative lol

Are you taking this pill method for gut issues? If not, you are wasting your BPC and money taking it in pill form. This should be taken by injection as your stomach acid destroys the peptide before it can be absorbed.
 
Maybe I misunderstood but what is the mg per ml? Ive seen everything from 200 -400. So .5ml could be 100 or 200mg?!

just giving it a try, but duly noted which is why i want to add klow once the bps caps run out in a couple weeks

understood, ill correct that, but just in terms of how many different peps I'm taking and plan to take, surely you could offer an opinion of that. I'm on low doses of everything btw.

CJC 200mcg (2x Daily)
IPA 200mcg (2x Daily)
BPC 500mcg (Daily)

NAD+ 50mg (3x Weekly)

Currently waiting on GHKCU, Melanotan2, and KPV. I definitely understand pinning a daily fat stack haha.

it’s a pretty standard recomp stack depending on dosages. The peps themselves are synergistic and work well with the test c. Definitely not a crazy stack compared to some of us.

adding klow, no biggie? and should i wait until the bpc pills are finished?
