Tirz and ketosis

Wrapping up week 4 here (on 2.5mg) and it's gone well. I'm down either 15 or 20 pounds, depending on which scale was correct (replaced a scale that wouldn't settle on a weight after week 1). My husband is doing well too, except lately he's found he isn't losing as much and isn't getting into ketosis. Do you know if keto diets respond differently under tirz? He uses this device to blow into in the morning to take keto readings (I don't really have faith that that thing is useful or reliable) and it's recorded pretty low readings lately, whereas in the past this same diet would yield much higher ratings with accompanying weight loss.
