I thought I'd being this to your attention, especially after the recent Cagri fibril frenzy fracas.

Ely Lilly has been busy creating their own Amylin analogue, called Eloralintide (LY3841136), currently undergoing phase 1 and 2 trials, both alone and in combination with Tirzepatide for treatment of Diabetes and Obesity.

Now, I have no idea whether Eloralintide is any safer than Cagri, and even if it is, no vendor offers it, for now, anyway. But I thought this was an interesting topic to know about.

Can’t wait to see what happens with this! I have not been impressed with Sema or Cagri. Tirz has been a godsend, but I’m getting high up on the dose and don’t want to max out.

They're already testing 20mg & 25mg doses for tirz. Plenty of people have been close to or at those higher doses and didn't even realize it (15mg at 6 or 5 day splits)
