Hi,

I've managed to get hold of a proper 10 mg kit.
I’ll need to reconstitute it, and I have bacteriostatic water available.

A few questions:
  • Is a 10 mg/ml ratio acceptable? I plan to start with the usual 2.5 mg per week.
  • How long can the reconstituted solution be stored in the fridge? And how long outside the fridge?
  • Can I store the powder (not reconstituted) at room temperature?
Thanks in advance.

1. Yes
2. 3 months in refrig, do not store outside refrig
3. Yes, in stable temps and not in sunlight, but most store in freezer to minimize degradation

I have had my non reconstituted tirz in the fridge half a week until I purchase the right container for freezing long term .Is this okay or should they be at room temperature.I am also going to do my first recon in about 4 weeks is it okay to keep one vial in fridge until then .

I guess I am kind of nervous of the vials sticking together or getting damaged in the freezer .Trying to think how to safely put them in freezer.Would they be okay in the little trays they come in .I want be able to pull one out at a time with out having to defrost all 10 vials to get them apart.

They'll be just fine. They won't stick together. Just put them in there in the plastic case they came in till you get a more proper storage for them. But you can't do them any harm, only good by freezing them.🙂 Do you have a labeler yet? Maybe label the vials before freezing. You don't have to but I like to. 🙂

I keep enough for 2 months or so in fridge everything else to the freezer. I'll use opened bac in the fridge for 90 days max. Reconstituted glp1s in the fridge for up to 6 weeks.... I bang higher doses so a reconstituted vial rarely sees 30 days. I have 30mg sema ordered that I'll titrate quickly up to 4mg a week and keep it up 7 weeks. Yes max dose is 2.5 but the new study they're up to 7.5mg

Thanks for the advice and sorry for hijacking the Ops thread it just made sense to continue it here.I shall do some labels tomorrow at work and put 18 vials in frezzer with two vials kept out for upcoming research.
