I know the titration on the studies so far has been like 2mg/4weeks, 4mg/4weeks, 8mg/4weeks. Also, some subjects were started at 4mg and some at 8mg with the key delta being occurrence of side effects.

I have had a 2mg shot this week with minimal to no side effects. Thinking of titrating on an escalated scheduled no side effects present: 2mg/4mg/4mg/4mg/8mg/8mg and then continue at 8mg indefinitely.

Any thoughts or suggestions about titration fast that 2x4; 4x4; 8x8 etc?

That's pretty much exactly what I did - started at 2mg, went to 4mg for a few weeks, and then moved up to 8mg. I decided to hang tight at 8mg as, according to most of the studies, there wasn't as much of a jump in outcomes between 8mg and 12mg as there was from 4mg to 8mg.

Yeah from what I’ve read in published studies, in my opinion, the side effects at 12mg don’t outweigh the weight loss delta. 8mg seems to be where the glucagon effect really kicks in.
