I come to you all very sad to say.. your boy is starting to thin out up top 😢 I’ve seen so many awesome results from those who administer this pep subq.. but I had a few questions for those of you that rub it in lol. What were your results? Do you get your serums already mixed and good to go? Do you make your own serums or creams? I’m very interested into learning about making my own and I’ve done a little research and have seen some recipes that I would love to try. I’ve also seen different potency’s for using on scalp as well as for face and beard. So plz plz plzzzzz help me out while it’s still early. If I see a glare up there I might crash out 😂

I use topical ghk-cu for my skin but not my hair. For that, you want ahk-cu.

I use The Ordinary multi peptide hair serum 6ml and I add 1g of raw ahk-cu which gives a 1.6% concentration. Use every night. I also do a weekly session where I apply a straight ahk-cu serum (lyophilised ahk-cu mixed with bac water as usual) using microneedling. I use a stamper to apply it initially, then go over with a derma-roller (1mm). Leave overnight and then wash with a gentle, perfume free shampoo the next morning.

My hair is thicker and healthier than ever.

I was going to say this too. You need ahk-cu for hair. Thank you for sharing this routine!
