Tofu

I freeze it, then thaw it, then wring it out, break it into chunks, toss the chunks in avocado oil, dust with corn starch, and season with salt and shawarma seasoning, then bake at 375-400 for about twenty minutes or til it's done, and dip in honey mustard or use in wraps.
That process of freezing it and the addition of the corn starch gives it a great crunchy texture.
