Took first dose yesterday... appreciate any advice

Hi I took 1mg yesterday, as yet I don't really feel any effects. My appetite today seems as normal.
I guess I'm now worried what I bought is not the real deal!
I got from Amazon in the UK.
Tempted to take another dose tomorrow to see if I can feel any effects.
Or am I being impatient?
First time I have ever used a GLP.
Appreciate any advice from wiser heads than mine! Thank you.

4 weeks at one dose to have steady blood levels. First of any effect is usually 2-3 days, first months are really to allow body to adjust and check ability to tolerate. Don't be stupid and start jacking up dosing, needto say what item you actually took.
