Shoot, they have even less incentive to come back now. The de minimus exception is suspended, new Chinese tariffs are imposed, holds customs seizures are at an all time high, they sold most of the stock, if not all, in their warehouse, and Americans are some of the fattest people in the world but the American market is now strangled. So- who would return to business under theses circumstances? It is not a good business model.

Tracy will be back. But we're still not getting undelivered packages. When we order from Tracy, we won't know we're ordering from Tracy. Tracy will have have to moderate her tone and perhaps change her gender identity in order to keep her identity secret; you can't sell items if people know you didn't fulfill orders in the past. The tariffs and possible elimination of the de minimis exception are small bumps in the road for professional smugglers. There is too much money involved and too many Americans who, like most of us here, want to no longer be fat or want to stay thin. (It's still weird to write that. Although my BMI is 25.9 right now and I'd like to lose more, almost no one who looks at me would think I'm heavy.) The grey market will only grow. As more and or people learn about the benefit of these medicines and then learn that using grey GLP-1 drugs, which tend not to be sterile, is not particularly dangerous, they'll buy like crazy. While some may be prosecuted for crimes related to these drugs, those will be few and far between. SRY (who I buy from) has been indicted for producing opioids; those who produce controlled substances will face the lion's share of criminal justice resources. We still have a great market. Who knows? Maybe the relatively new vendor that you're buying from now, who might have opened before Tracy's disappearance, is actually Tracy.

Mine had been in NYC customs since 12/29 and started moving late last week. I received it this week. What does your tracking status say?

My products have been stuck in customs inspection unchanged since 12/30. I check forfeiture.gov for the seized and forfeited list that is put out every month, and I don’t see my products in the list, or at least not yet…
 
As I understand it, if your tracking says "Clearance Processing - Completed" it has passed customs. This usually means it is the shipping forwarder that is causing the delay in getting it to USPS.
 
Mine doesn’t say Completed, but I’ll be looking for that. Thank you.
 
It says completed on Dec 27 in nyc
A shipping label has been prepared for your item. A delivery date will be provided when USPS receives the package; contact the shipper or shipping partner with any inquiries.

How do you tell if yours was the one seized? There aren't any names or addresses on the items in the announcement.

Correct. No names, so I don't really know. But I see the list (lots of counterfeit Rolexes and handbags, by the way) and I don't see my particular product listed in this reporting time frame. I do see it listed in an earlier time frame, but that was before my product got to customs, so not mine. It may show up on future reporting, but still no idea if it will be mine or someone else's.

Bud, sow you posted (on vendor forum) about SRY US warehouse being put on hold, but do you know if they still are ok with shipping from their Chinese warehouse?
Wanted to respond there, but it says I don't have enough credits to respond (whatever the hell that means LOL)
